Information and Communications Technology (ICT) has a key role to play in all Schools' Directorate strategies whether focused on raising standards or workforce reform. ICT's ability to impact on standards is well documented, as is the role ICT can play in supporting a remodelled workforce - engaging, supporting, enabling and empowering both staff and pupils.
